This pair of houses called La Mazure is located just 800m on foot from the seaside in the residential area of La Peignère at the end of a private path, and they can accommodate up to 11 people.



The main house consists of a large open living area with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home, induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle, and much more. A comfortable dining room with a fireplace (wood available) and a TV lounge. The ground floor corridor leads to a double bedroom (160), a master suite (160) with bathroom and dressing room, an independent Italian-style shower room, separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. In the mezzanine you will find a dormitory with three single beds (90)



The small house has a living area with fitted kitchen, lounge area with comfortable sofa bed (160), an independent toilet and a master suite (160) with Italian-style shower room.



For maximum comfort, garden furniture is provided, a gas plancha, an outdoor sink for the day's fishing, and a shelter to protect your bicycles and jet ski.



You will be able to park up to 4 vehicles on the closed and secure grounds of the house.
