Lots of Extras!

The extra special details - a bottle of wine from the owners to a full pantry and condiments in the fridge were a welcome surprise. Plus they had "items you may have forgot" in baskets all over the house from feminine products to Q-tips and suntan lotions and aloe vera (which was needed). There is an Ipad with easy to use pool/spa options and features and a Google speaker that also controlled five different specialty lighting throughout the house. We loved the mid-century modern Palm Springs vibe of the house with each room having a unique color scheme. Best of all heating the spa and pool were included! I've never had that in all of the houses I've rented over the years. I highly recommend staying here - there was lots of outside seating and pool floaties and a large lawn to play the cornhole game. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Unexpected surprises

A bottle of wine with a welcome letter was on the table when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked beyond the basics which helped immensely in shopping for meals to prepare. Big thank you to the host for quick response when we had a question.

Amazing stay

Our stay at this charming home was truly exceptional. The homeowners have meticulously attended to every detail within the property, going above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience for their guests. From stocked refrigerators with bottles of water to an array of personal items you might have unintentionally left behind, I've booked numerous VRBO properties, but never have I encountered such thoughtful touches. What truly stood out was the unexpected convenience of finding a nicely stocked pantry right in the home. From an assortment of cereals to a selection of coffee options (complete with biscotti), it's evident that no detail was too small to escape their consideration. Our visit coincided with the high temperatures of summer, making us especially appreciative of the backyard and pool area. The poolside chairs were under a generously sized umbrella, which offered much-needed shade from the sun. As we relaxed, hummingbirds played in the yard - a real treat for us. Additionally, the home's manager was very responsive and was readily available for questions and any concerns that came up. We will definitely be back!

Above and Beyond

We are returning guests and love this place. It hits all the things: clean, great pool, Smart TVs in every room, beautiful yard, allows dogs, but it’s the little touches that make it stand out. It’s the cold drinks for you in the fridge upon arrival, it’s the coffee pods stocked for you, it’s the snacks in the pantry, it’s the pool toys and board games, and it’s the incredibly quick responses to your texts from them when you have a question. It’s also the EASIEST check out we’ve ever had. It’s our favorite so far! Fantastic hosts! We will rerun.

The house was perfectly the clean, the extra amenities were amazing! The pool was warm and clean the whole weekend. Had a wonderful time! My only (small) negative was that the master bedroom had a small bed—maybe a queen but almost seemed like a full. Will be back!

Our Sunberry experience was excellent from start to finish! From the neighborhood, the house, the little touches and amenities, to the responsiveness of the owners/manager. Really great stay, if you want a quiet weekend away in a great place, you can't loose with Sunberry! We'll definitely be back, this time I'll bring the kids. Great for families or a romantic getaway. Coachella Chaperone

This place was perfect. All the other reviews were accurate. The owners had everything set up including some refreshments. The neighborhood is great. It is about a 15 minute drive to the Coachella festival area (average 15 min - depending on traffic). The pool and jacuzzi are nice. The house has all the up-to-date electronic amenities. Nice grill in the back. Stove, oven and coffee-maker all got used and worked great. It allowed me to facilitate a great experience for a group of 18 year olds and I had a nice place to relax while they got their groove on. 5 Stars *****
