"La Maison de Jade" is of modern architecture, spacious, 140 m2 of living space, including 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets, 1 large living room, 1 dining room, 1 large equipped kitchen.
The exterior, 250 m2, is made up of concrete and wooden terraces, equipped with a barbecue and a gas plancha, in-ground swimming pool, garden with olive tree, jasmine, cactus...
Sober and contemporary interior decoration, ideal house* for up to three couples and three children in bunk beds.

1- Pyrite, the master bedroom, King Size bed, dressing room, adjoining bathroom with Italian shower and sink, 2 USB type A and C sockets, 4K 50" multimedia HD TV. The bedroom, 20 m2, provides access to a balcony with a view of the Vercors, the garden, the swimming pool, facing east.

2- Lapis lazuli, the blue room is equipped with a Queen Size bed, a large wall cupboard, 2 USB A and C sockets, 1 4K 50" multimedia HD TV. The 12 m2 room, equipped with a large Window offers a view of the Vercors, it faces South-East.

3- Rose Quartz, the pink room is equipped with a Queen Size bed, a large wall cupboard, 2 USB A and C sockets, 1 4K 50" multimedia HD TV. The 15 m2 room, equipped with a large window, offers a view overlooking Châteaubourg and the Ardèche, it faces south.

4- Cristal de Roche, the children's room is equipped with bunk beds made up of two 90X190 mattresses and a third 90X190 mattress as a pull-out bed. The 10m2 room, with a large window, offers a view of the Ardèche hill, it faces North-West.

Traveler access:

The Jade House is for rent entirely with its garden, terraces and swimming pool. Possibility of parking only 2 vehicles.

Other remarks:

- The nightly rate is intended for 9 travelers.
- For more than 9 travelers, the night will be increased by €45 per additional traveler.

Access to the Jade House:

- Opening of the gate by digital keypad, or remote control,
exterior key box,
- Possibility of parking 2 vehicles only, the other vehicles will be parked in the street.
