Chic and bright, with top-quality bedding, this accessible house features on the ground floor a spacious living area with TV lounge (fiber Wi-Fi) and dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and private bathroom, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with beds that can be arranged as two 80 cm singles or one 160 cm double, a bathroom, and a second separate toilet.



Two wooden terraces let you enjoy the sun at any time of day. A garage, two parking spaces, and an electric vehicle charging point are also available.



La Tranche-sur-Mer, known as "Little California," is famous for its long sandy beaches, bike paths, and many water activities. Explore the surrounding natural areas, the state forest, the Bay of Aiguillon, or take a trip to La Rochelle and Île de Ré.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Even with the cleaning package, the house must be left tidy, with clean dishes and emptied bins. Recycling is mandatory.



Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. with the property manager. Parties are not allowed. Pets are permitted under certain conditions and for an extra fee. Use of personal streaming services is not allowed.
