House 3 bedrooms, swimming pool, 100m to the beach

You can enjoy an idyllic setting at 100m from the beach and a magnificent view of the beach of the Cove pond, with family or friends. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and leads directly to the "dull" which separates the village of Tartane and the Anse l'Etang.
The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed ans a bed sofa.
The kitchen, living room and terrace are fully open and make these three rooms a single and large living space!
There are two bedrooms with sea view, all equipped with 140 new beds. A bathroom and toilet, independent.
The master suite is equipped with a double bed 160, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. It overlooks the garden.
There is a separate toilet and wash hand.
The terrace is composed of a large sofa with coffee table, a table for meals under a large carbet. Adjacent to this terrace the pool allows you to refresh between sessions beach which is 1 minute walk!
Of course we provide sheets and towels. For your machines, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine will be at your disposal.
You will have on the spot a person who will be in charge of the garden and the swimming pool.
