On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room welcomes you with a dining table and a flat screen television, and opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool area. The first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. The ground floor further includes 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs. On the upper floor, an open room serves as the third bedroom and is furnished with 1 french bed of 2 x 80 cm width and 190 cm in length. This upper level is completed by an additional bathroom and a separate WC. The villa also features a large west-facing terrace of 40 m2 offering beautiful views of the swimming pool and the garden, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.
