Within the seafront Residence with swimming pool "Bleu Marine", southern district of lacanau, beautiful sea view from the double terrace, pleasant and large apartment, approximately 45m², on the 2nd and last floor, for the reception of 5 people. Quiet, secure residence with swimming pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september), playground, lift and laundry. You have direct access to the beach through a gate located at the end of the residence. Kitchen area, with counter, open to the living room, equipped with a convertible sofa (140 cm). The living / dining room opens, through a bay window, onto the double terrace, south-west exposure, fitted with garden furniture. The beds are divided between the double bedroom (140cm bed) and the cabin room equipped with bunk beds (90 cm). The sanitary facilities include a bathtub, a washbasin and separate WC. Place de parking privée.
