The garden is a haven of peace, with garden furniture (sun loungers, deckchairs, seating area), a fence to protect your privacy and a gas hob for cosy evenings. The 24m2 covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your meals al fresco while taking in the lake air.

Inside, the villa offers all the comforts you need. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, Soda Stream, dishwasher (...) is perfect for preparing delicious meals.
