First, I was shocked when I saw this place. Looked like an old motel. Not what I expected from the photos and reviews. As soon as I opened the door, I smelled typical cheap old motel which I thought I have avoided of reserving. I would have paid more to stay in 'hotel'. The electrical cords are thru open holes in the walls. Exposed plumbing pipes in the closet w/ no doors. The holes in the walls are not sealed. Shouldn't have fire rated seals in wall between the units? The bath tub was nasty so I took a shower at the next stay in a budget hotel which was much nicer and clean. The sink and toilet were okay. The AC worked but thermostat wasn't working. At least we had 'cool' air. One of the chair was broken. The firmness of the bed was fine. The internet was slow so I had to use my hotspot from my phone. I don't know why this motel has better than average rating.

Given the cost and the quality of this motel exceeded expectations when compared with other motel I stayed in. Room was clean and bathroom/toilet fittings were in good condition. Only issue was the cleanliness of the air conditioner that puffed out a dust cloud when I started it. Need to get those cleaned to prevent dust allergy

Stayed here to help my freshman get stuff and move in to his dorm. Close to campus. For the price I was satisfied and would stay there again. There is a Circle K just adjacent which was convenient.

One of the best motel

It was very good! The motel is not far from Walmart (12 min by walk) and downtown. The owner was also very nice and welcoming.

Satisfied with the overall experience.

Breakfast option was slim, but to be expected. A small amount of soap was present for a shower. Everything was clean, smelled clean, very quiet, no surprise fees, and rapid check in/check out. Overall, worth the price, which was very affordable at the last minute. They had plenty of available rooms on arrival.

We got there at 1:30 very rired from traveling thru storms. The door to the l9bby was l9cked No one answered the doorbell or phone when we called. We had to drive another 30 minutes to find a room, and the. Spent about 2.5 times more. .
