Centrally located on East Boulder/Louisville line the property is only a few minutes into Boulder and downtown Louisville, it is close to outdoor activities, CU, great views, and dining. A perfect retreat for up to 5 guests, the cottage has a large master bedroom w/ king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, new front loader washer/dryer, large private covered patio & fenced grassy yard in a peaceful, country setting. Additionally, there are several bikes/helmets available for our guests during their stay.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Indian Peaks Golf Course. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. The cottage offers free WiFi and a kitchen.
