This extensively remodeled oceanfront townhome is the perfect home base for exploring Maui. With a brand-new kitchen, two updated bathrooms, a powder room, new flooring, fresh paint, and all-new furniture, it offers both comfort and style. The breathtaking ocean views remain as stunning as ever, providing a serene backdrop for your stay.

Set in the Puamana gated community, the townhome grants access to beautifully landscaped grounds, the Dolphin pool, and tennis and pickleball courts. Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific.

The unit is fantastic with gorgeous views and spacious outdoor area. Kitchen is well stocked and clean. Property manager was very responsive Only area for improvement is that the grill was very dirty and took about 30 min to clean before it could be used.

Great place. Great location.

A wonderful place, nice location, excellent management. Great layout with one master bed downstairs and one master bedroom upstairs. Separate ½ bath down and pull out sofa. Fresh remodel, nicely equipped.

Gorgeous/Breathtaking view

Dave's place has the best view. Sitting on the lanai listening to the waves and looking at the blue skies and ocean and islands across the way was a daily highlight of the trip. The location was very close to all of the restaurants and activities and made for easy travels. I would definitely stay here again.

Can't beat the location- no ocean view bedroom though

We loved the location and the cleanliness of the place. We were surprised that the one bedroom with the ocean view was blocked-off for owner use only. That was not obvious from the listing, since all the other ocean-front condos in this complex have one bedroom with an ocean view. That was our one big disappointment. We were not thorough enough looking at the photos to see that this one does not because the owners lock that room off. Anyway, the rest of the place was good. The cookware was scratched non-stick, which is par for most rentals, unfortunately. We like to cook, so this is an issue at many rentals. We loved being able to crawl out of bed and into the water on surf and paddle boards. We would recommend 808 Surf, they will deliver boards to your condo! We would stay at Puamana again, very quiet and nice neighbors.

We loved the property - it was amazing. There were no major issues. Managers responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. The views were just as we expected; beautiful. We would have no problem returning to this home in the future. Highly recommended!!

Location can't be beaten.

We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect for us. Puamana is a residential community just minutes from downtown Lahaina. Quiet, peaceful and the view from the back patio is simply spectacular. If you are looking for a truly get-away to relax, this is the place for you.

The location, place, and amenities were all excellent. It’s a cute community and we enjoyed our time there. The communication platform was a but annoying since they do not offer any of the many, many details through VRBO. You have to download a separate app and/or check you email & work through their website. Aside from that, we really loved the place.

Best ocean front property ever.

We loved the location of the resort and the condo unit. Amazing ocean front property!! Can not be beat!! This particular condo could use some TLC as it is showing it’s age. I’m sure that the owner(s) will get there in time. The property location and views are so great that we would come back. Thanks.
