The customer service was incredible. The room was comfortable and clean. The grounds are well kept and offer exclusive parking for guests with laundry service, bar and other amenities that make you feel at home away from home.

The location is centrally located...walking distance to everything. The rooms were incredibly spacious and very clean , with all the amenities of comfort, especially for seniors. The staff is very friendly and helpful, excellent food and drink Ten years in the hospitality business and I have never seen better.

A sparkling gem of a hotel

Turtle Bay Inn is an unassuming hotel that felt like discovering an oasis! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My friend and I had the villa and it felt like we had the pool space all to ourselves. The room was super clean and comfortable. We felt like we were at a 4 star resort! Definitely get breakfast and have it on the terrace if you want to feel extra bougie. Parking is on the road until you check in, then there’s a lot you get access to. The location is great with fun nightlife within walking distance. Plenty of food and karaoke in what seems like the middle of nowhere! The location is also very close to the bioluminescent bay tours. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very clean and modern, but with a homie feel it has a really nice outdoor space and even though it’s not in the center of the town, it’s a two minute walk into town

Ok if you adjust your expectations

Location out of parguera town but close is good on weekend when plaza is noisy but rooster and dog next door are noisy and you are in front of a ball field not the beach. Room ok but cleaning required asking more than once. No coffee in room. Coffee area and small pool are nice for hanging in am and feels secure.. so adjust your expectations and then its ok. Good location from which to get to cabo rojo and guanica beaches and boat tour of the mangroves is worth doing.

Was a little disappointed

The staff were nice and the room was clean. I had room 8 upstairs and the only window opened to the hallway by the stairs, so you can hear every word people say and every step they take up the stairs. Needless to say , at midnight when people came back, they woke us up. Wifi code is incorrect in the room so you have to go down to ask. Also filled out the registration online but still had to do everything once I arrived- so what was the point? Pool only has 2 lounge chairs Was a little disappointed after seeing all the great reviews
