This house can sleep 16 people in comfort in four 2nd floor bedrooms, one 1st floor bedroom and one lower-level bedroom. The beds include 3 bunk beds (twin over full), 1 full bed, 3 queen beds and 3 twin beds. There is a living room on each of the three floors plus a bar room and dining room on the 1st floor. Bedroom (queen bed) and full bath on 1st floor, no stairs required.

There is a front porch with swing, a rear deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Ample off-street parking via 2 driveways and a 2-car garage (fits 6 cars total). Please note the City of Lake Geneva does not allow guests to park on the street or block any sidewalks, if more parking is required, please contact the host.

High-speed Wi-Fi, coffee, fully stocked kitchen, linens and paper products are all included. Baby gates, pack and play, wagon, beach toys and highchair are all available upon request. Pet friendly - 1 time pet fee of $25

We enjoyed the home and all the amenities. We would definitely recommend your beautiful home to others and it was just as advertised! We were able to walk to the lake and downtown easily but also enjoyed the privacy at the house. Each family had a bedroom and the younger ones had bunkbeds which thrilled them. Plenty of refrigerators and sitting areas for conversation. We even had a geography lesson on the garage wall map.

Amazing spot to rent for a big group! Felt even bigger than the pictures. Everyone was really comfortable and felt like you had a ton of space. All the beds were comfy and many rooms had blackout shades which was nice. And only a 10 minute walk to downtown! Would definitely rent again!

A great place to have a girls weekend! Plenty of living, sleeping, and bathroom space! Walkable to downtown Lake Geneva but Ubers are readily available as well! Randy-September 2025: 5 STAR RATING. Was the perfect house for our group of 12. House offered a lot of space to hang out, play cards, etc. was in great shape and only .5 miles to the spots we like in town so easily walkable or a dollar ride share. Appreciated the quick response time when communicating.
