Unfortunately, there were a lot of flies in our room. I realize it it still summer, but it was fairly annoying. Especially while trying to sleep. The staff at the front counter were wonderful. Very helpful. One thing I would like to see changed is to have some steps or a slight gradient into the pool. The ladder only had two rungs and there was a drop to the bottom of the pool. For a short person it made getting in and out difficult.

The facility was nice but clearly older, and the photos on the website were misleading. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room was not worth what we paid. I understand that the beautiful location and the fact that it was a weekend contributed to the cost, but I expected a better-quality room and overall experience for the price. To make matters worse, around midnight, someone either pulled the fire alarm or triggered a security door, setting off a piercing alarm that jolted us awake. It felt endless—though it probably lasted about 10 minutes. On top of that, noisy guests in the hallway kept us up, and we barely slept at all.

I stayed in one of the king bed rooms in the middle of August. I LOVED my room but the only downside is the bed isn't that comfortable. I'm still young and i woke up with sore joints. Other than that the hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area. I traveled solo as a woman and felt safe walking at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the view from the room is breathtaking.

Very clean. Staff were helpful. So conviently located to the beach, boat tour, shopping and dinning. Everything in walking distance. Both pools were small and fairly shallow. Needs breakfast included.

Great place to stay. On the lake front with many restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet even with the Venetian Festival going on. Clean room, comfortable bed. Really liked that we could open the windows.
