Welcome to one of Lake Havasu’s most flexible and hard-to-find stays: The Vista & The Haven on Washita — two side-by-side private homes rented together as one seamless 6-bedroom retreat. Designed for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other, this setup is ideal for large families, multiple couples, boating groups, or friends traveling together.



Each home is fully independent — with separate entrances, kitchens, living spaces, laundry areas, and hot tubs — yet just steps apart. Enjoy shared time during the day and true privacy at night.



Add in water views, sunset patios, a game room, and dedicated boat parking at both homes, and you’ve got a relaxed, upscale basecamp for everything Havasu has to offer.

Guest Access – The Vista & The Haven on Washita



Guests have full private access to both homes, including:



• All 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

• Living areas in each home

• Full kitchens and dining spaces in both homes

• Game room (located in The Vista on Washita)

• Laundry rooms with full-size washer & dryer in each home

• Private outdoor patio areas at both homes



Parking:

On-site parking is available at both homes, with easy access for trucks, trailers, boats, and off-road vehicles, including designated boat parking areas.



The Neighborhood:

The Washita neighborhood is a quiet, residential area known for its open views, easy access, and relaxed pace. It’s a comfortable mix of full-time residents and short-term visitors, making it a great fit for families, boating groups, and guests looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day on the lake or trails.

The area offers wide streets, convenient parking, and quick in-and-out access to main roads, boat launches, marinas, desert riding areas, and local dining. Mornings are calm, evenings are quiet, and sunsets are a local favorite.

It’s the kind of neighborhood where guests can enjoy privacy and space, while still being minutes from everything Lake Havasu is known for.



Getting Around:

Getting around Lake Havasu is easy by car, truck, or boat. The homes offer convenient access to main roads, making it simple to reach marinas, boat launches, desert trails, dining, and shopping within minutes.

On-site parking accommodates multiple vehicles, including trucks and trailers. Ride-share services are available, though having a vehicle is recommended for maximum flexibility during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• OPTIONAL Hot Tub heating is available at $50/night (minimum 3 consecutive nights) to cover cost of propane gas. Please send us a message if you wish the hot tub during your stay at least 24 hours in advance, and we can send you the charge.

• OPTIONAL Pool Heating/Hot Tub heating is available for $300 for your stay, this covers Pool temp at approximately 80', for up to 7 days and Hot Tub at between 100'-104' between 3PM and 10PM nightly. If you are staying longer, please message us to obtain additional details.

• This is a dual-home booking. You’ll have full access to both The Vista and The Haven on Washita, each with its own entrance, amenities, and outdoor spaces.

• Each home has its own private yard with hot tub/pool, which are not enclosed within a locked gate. Children must be supervised at all times.

• Both homes have separate laundry areas; please keep linens and towels in the home where they were used.

• Boat and trailer parking is available at both homes. Please follow the property-specific parking instructions.

• This is a residential neighborhood — quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• No parties or events are permitted.

• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee, subject to availability.

• Exterior security cameras and a noise monitoring device may be present. These do not record conversations.

Guest can reach us direct, by ringing the "Ring" doorbell, or through the booking site for any questions or concerns.
