Walk to the Lake Cool Condo

Keep it fun and simple at this peaceful and centrally-located condo to what our beautiful Lake Havasu City has to offer. Walk to Rotary Park and into the lake, or laze at our beautiful pool and hot tub. Stroll minutes to London Bridge, movies, and fine dining. Spend the day hiking biking and exploring, or just hang out in our sparkling clean tropical dream one bedroom one bath condo. Amenities include wifi, 2 TV's, and a fully stocked kitchen for our guests. Your fur baby is welcome for an extra fee.
Amenities at Lakeshore Village include a pool, hot tub, one tennis court, barbeques and covered picnic tables in a designated area within the complex. The condo has a living area, small kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, one bathroom, one walk in closet, and a washer and dryer.
Guests will be able to access the condo, pool area, barbeque area, tennis court, and boat rv storage area.

Lovely condo, clean, kitchen well appointed. Just bring your food. Perfect location for walking or driving to the London Bridge area. Convenient to grocery store and drug stores and walkable to nearby restaurants. Host provided muffins and a few cold bottled waters, in addition to coffee pods and tea. Nice condo complex. Loved sitting on the patio in the morning and evening. Pretty pool area, although we did not use it, it looked inviting. A perfect place for a 3 day get away. We arrived Sunday 4/12/26 and stayed until 4/15/26.
Walk along the channel to the bridge.

Pet friendly, great location, Anne was so quick to get back to me during our stay and even prior. Walking distance to Rotary park and the London Bridge. First floor unit was a total win with a senior pup! The pictures were spot on. So happy with this stay. Highly recommend! Neighbors were great as well :)

I spent four days at the condo in mid October. The weather was amazing! The neighborhood is quiet, people are friendly. I stayed close to home this time instead of going out to see the sites. The condo is a very comfortable place during the day as well as the evening. The bed is very comfortable and gives you a really good nights rest. I enjoyed sitting at the dining area table, sometimes reading, most of the time putting a puzzle together. It’s a great getaway, whether you want to go see all the beautiful sites or just stay at the condo and relax.Anne is it very good and thoughtful host. She always leaves you some special Yummies and cold water in the fridge. I will continue to return and enjoy each and every stay.

Lakeshore at Lake Havasu

I just spent eight days with a dear friend and my sweet little dog Belle. The condo was like home away from home. It had everything we needed plus a quiet environment, a refreshing pool and was very close to London Bridge, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, the lake, parks, and just a whole lot of fun. Anne made us feel very welcome, even leaving us some yummy cookies. The condo was very well stocked with everything you would need and decorated nicely. I often use VRBO for my travels and this was one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Beautiful condo

The condo was extremely nice with everything we could possibly need. There were water bottles in the fridge and a bag of ice, and delicious cookies made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend and would definitely come back. It was very close to a beautiful beach but dogs were not allowed and we brought our puppy, but everything was fine because the London Bridge Beach was a 5 minute drive away so all was great! Thanks again, Anne!

Lovely, clean condo close to everything! The owners welcomed us with bottled water, delicious muffins and a bag of ice...it hit the spot after a day of travel. Easy communication with the owners. We'll definitely be back!

Tranquil Getaway

The Cool Condo was just what we wanted. Walks thru the beautiful park and along the water, most meals at the property, just chilling in the evening playing games or reading. It was very inviting and had all we could want. The location is great and the decor charming. You'll love it!

Fun with Grandkids

Condo was in a perfect location, near all attractions. We especially enjoy the Rotary Community Park, great place to spend the day with Grandkids. It has it all beach, play area and covered picnic areas.
