Well-updated, the interior is composed of hardwood flooring, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances. The open living room's smart TV and oversized sofa lend themselves to cozy movie viewings. Steps from here, the full kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and gleaming countertops.

Personal TVs, soft linens, and central air-conditioning make up the bedrooms. A private washer/dryer and a board game collection tie together the stellar interior amenities.

Outside, under the glow of the twinkle lights, enjoy each other's company from the spacious, lake view deck. When you want to explore more of Lake Lure, head for Morse Park, the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge, Chimney Rock State Park, Apple Valley Golf Course, and a variety of delicious eateries and local shops.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not operational.

THINGS TO KNOW
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC
-Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April.
-Please be sure to reach out directly to organizations/businesses for current hours of operation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
