Located on the South Shore with big open water for long views where boat traffic is far from shore and safe for swimming. Just down the road from the Lake of Bays Sailing and Tennis Club and 10 minutes to Bigwin Island Golf Club by boat or fairy shuttle.

GLADHOME - Located near the end of a quiet country road, with good treed privacy between the road and the neighbours. Level grounds around the cottage and garage. Situated between cottage and garage is the BBQ area with outdoor dining table for 6 and additional comfortable seating around table top firepit. On the lake side, granite steps lead down to a large level grassy area perfect for fun lawn games and child friendly activities by the shore. Catch the morning sun off the end of the 100 ft dock and take advantage of the all day sun. Round picnic table with umbrella, 4 Muskoka chairs and 4 gravity chairs. Excellent swimming conditions with shallow entry to gradually deep in the crystal clear waters and hard packed sand bottom. Outdoor boat lift is also available.
