Customer service was the best. The staff were very helpful and hardworking. Property needs some minor repairs in the bathroom and on the stairwell. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Property is not as pictured online. Our room was very dated. We had many issues, and most weren’t fixed with our stay. The floor in our room had came up, my child tripped on it. Maintenance was supposed to come and called twice and never showed up to fix it. Our sink wouldn’t drain properly either. There is nothing to hold the curtains back and so when the air is on, they just blow over it. I was told to use something to prop them up and hold them back, but no solution on their end. We also had a dirty mini fridge with stains and hair in it, along with dirty bed covers. Housekeeping did come clean/change this when we called, but still gross to walk in to. We were also charged a fee for the pool, gym equipment, and breakfast. The gym equipment is broke though and doesn’t even work. Overall very poor experience and won’t be staying here again. Just a warning again the photos are very deceiving online.

We were expecting a much higher resort like experience. The restaurant the encore was horrible. The food was terrible. There was no real pool. The pool was a bar so you couldn’t actually swim. There was no dock to rent a boat at even though there was a giant dock there they didn’t have reciprocity with the dock. It was a horrible, horrible time and Expedia is the problem. We were trying to book another place and they switched us to this place instead I will never use Expedia again.

The floors in the room were absolutely filthy. We took a bathmat and tried to mop them up the best we could because they were left your feet almost black. The people in the office were nice the rest of our day we enjoyed.

Very nice, room was clean, after a short time found out the television remotes did not work, I went to the front desk, he came to our room and tried to fix the problem, found out there was no way to fix it at that time and went back to the desk and gave us a different room, made sure the room was okay, very nice receptionist, we moved all our luggage and had a wonderful evening, nice room and very quiet. Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay there.
