We booked The Ambassador through Expedia and had a great experience. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well kept. It made our stay in Lake Tahoe relaxing and easy. The rooms were nice, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt well taken care of. Clean room, friendly staff, and great location. It's walking distance to Heavenly Ski resort, to restaurants, and to shops in the main street of Lake Tahoe. It's also walking distance to the Casinos. The only complain I have is that the walls are very thin - we can hear the people talking in the other room. We just got lucky that they weren't partying during our stay.
