The Space:
This holiday home is set up nicely on two floors, so it's comfy and works well. Downstairs, you've got the kitchen, dining, and living room all in one, which opens up to a big deck – great for barbecues in the evening. Bedroom one has a queen bed, and bedroom two has two single beds. If you want to chill out, there's a small sauna. The main bedroom is upstairs, with a queen bed and its own deck that has awesome views of Lake Tarawera and Mt. Tarawera. It's a great place to stay and make some memories.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire holiday home, including the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Enjoy the outdoor deck, perfect for BBQs, and the small sauna for relaxation. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with its private deck offering stunning views of Lake Tarawera and Mt. Tarawera.

While the immediate area offers tranquility, the bustling city of Rotorua is a convenient 25-minute drive, offering a range of attractions, including geothermal parks and cultural experiences. Local amenities like shops and restaurants may be a short drive away, giving you easy access to essentials and dining options. The neighborhood's charm lies in its serene atmosphere, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation.

Getting Around:
Navigating to The Enclave is straightforward, with free parking provided on-site, including both a garage and street parking. If you're flying in, Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a convenient 30-minute drive away. Please note that public transport services are not readily available around the property. However, the property's location makes it perfect for a driving holiday, allowing you to discover the sights of Rotorua, which is only a 25-minute drive away. The Stoney Point boat ramp is also nearby for your aquatic adventures.

The Enclave is an older batch but clean and tidy inside. The section is getting overgrown and plants are growing in the gutter. A pleasant place to stay with lots of bird life.

There was a distinct smell of rodents by the staircase leading up to the bedroom. Ground floor double bed had slat missing and others loose so couldn’t sleep in it without falling through.Strong musty smell in some kitchen cupboards and the garden needs some TLC.

Fantastic location and plenty of space, nice linen. Downsides were the oven wouldn't work (as had been switched off at wall and needed to be reset. Emailed property manager a number of times who failed to provide instructions. Outdoor bin was full of very stinky rubbish when we arrived.

Good Location

This house was perfect for what we required while attending a family wedding. We did find that the toilet and floor in that room were not very clean and also there was a musty smell in the kitchen cupboards. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at this property.

Great location and homely accommodation away from it all!

Homely, relaxing accommodation that suited our 2 couples for a winter getaway. Fire was great and well used. Place was tidy, but a little tired and run down. Needs some TLC, inside and out. We found a rodent problem and was a musty damp smell in the kitchen.
