Only 33 miles from sunrise ski resort. Have a relaxing stay in style in the spacious mountain home. Split Open layout with 2 car garage access. Has a beautiful spacious back deck and propane grill and propane fire pit. Easy indoor remote start gas fireplace to gather around. Everything is new and well cared for. Central AC/Heating for those warm summer days or the cold winter days. One flat 65” tv in living area with Roku and another 55” roku tv in master bedroom. Wifi is provided. keurig pods compatable and also provided.

For the security and safety of our guests we have a blink doorbell (camera) at the front door and a blink security cam at the front of garage.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Features include laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.

Pinetop in Feburary 2024

The property was perfect for my family and friends to stay, the house was spotless when we arrived and all accommodations were better than expected. Backyard was spacious for kids play and we enjoyed nature watching as deer grazed in the neighbor’s land. I will look to stay here again for my Pinetop rental needs.

Great Location! Outstanding Place!

We had an outstanding stay in this beautiful home in Lakeside. The owners responded quickly to any questions and the overall communication was great. The location of the home is close to hiking paths, shops, and the best dining places in the area. The home was clean and new and spacious for us. We would definitely stay again!
