Located in Planguenoual, a few kilometres from Pléneuf-Val-André and Port Morvan beach, this recent single-storey 80 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests. It is suited to families who want to enjoy the coast while returning to a quieter setting after days out.
The living area combines a lounge with large sofa, coffee table, television and patio doors opening onto the terrace. The dining space includes a table for 6 guests, with a bench and three chairs.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for everyday holiday meals with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with Queen Size double bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190
The shower room includes a shower, washbasin unit with mirror and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate. A garage accessible from the rear of the house also includes a washing machine.
Outside, the large south-facing terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, a sun lounger and barbecue. It provides a practical setting for meals outside when the weather allows.
Parking is possible in the courtyard in front of the house.
