This is our favorite hotel to stay at whenever we are up in Lancaster for family trips. The rooms are huge and usually clean and comfortable. The breakfast is the same every time we come but we can't complain because my kids love the mini waffles. It would be nice to see more than sausage and scrambled eggs, but again, not a deal-breaker. The staff are always pleasant from check in to check out. We will continue to book this hotel for our future visits.

Gentleman in charge at the desk was very unfriendly all weekend. The coffee machine wasn’t working, which the guests considered a big deal and the staff did not. Very uninspired breakfast, and identical each day.
