Early check in was not a problem. Receptionist was professional and accommodating. This is not a big chain hotel. More like a country style inn. Room decor is kinda dated but it is clean. Bathroom is updated, spacious and very clean. The breakfast is the very basic. Just yogurt, cereal, cheese stick, and plain bagel with freshly brewed coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Don’t expect egg, bacon or sausage. Overall a good place to stay for 1-2 night. Very close to Tangers outlet, restaurants, Dutch wonderland and good Chinese buffet restaurant.

Very quaint. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access and parking. Close to where we needed to be. However it is showing its age. Inconsistent shower temperatures were an adventure. King bed option would be nice.

It was outdated and stunk in the hallways so awful I gagged and the room smelled musty with old carpet and outdated. When we first arrived there was some hair in our bed so we switched rooms and the sheets were clean. The bathrooms are newer and clean but the odor was awful and flared up allergies

The motel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The indoor pool was a big hit with the family. Little things like free unlimited popcorn and coffee all day make a big difference. I would certainly recommend The Country Inn of Lancaster to anyone

The hotel of was ok, clean, basic and met our needs. The bad is the breakfast is pathetic, Carbs, carbs and only carbs with not enough coffee in the back room. Also, the outside sitting area is great for the people staying in them but we could hear everything they said until midnight when we were trying to go to sleep. Won't stay here again because of that.

The service was wonderful and pleasant. I enjoyed warm environment and cozy atmosphere. While napping I did get a bite on my arm. And upon awakening on my last day I was bit on back and waist. They were kind to me and gave me an alcohol wipe. Overall very pleasant stay

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My toddler accidentally locked us out of the bathroom in our room, and a staff member was up to our room in less than two minutes with a key. Homemade candle burning in the lobby gave a cozy atmosphere, along with free self serve popcorn in a little vintage popcorn machine.

This property was very clean and did not disappoint. We were pleased with the friendliness of the staff as well as the maintenance of the property. This is a perfect getaway stay because of the location and quietness. You easily go from shopping to relaxing within minutes.

The front desk staff were great, they did what they could to accommodate my request, were friendly and understanding. However, the property itself is outdated and lacks cleanliness. There’s bad odor in all the halls and rooms. The bathroom was dirty and the lights were malfunctioning. I booked a room with balcony but ended up requesting one without it because the area and chairs were extremely dirty and dusty making it unusable. The beds are old with spring mattresses, it was uncomfortable and very squeaky with any minimal movement. Overall, this property needs major TLC.

Relaxing spot

Place is laid back and offers excellent customer service. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Minor issues made the stay a four star versus a five…very limited breakfast, socket issues, and no mini fridge in our room. My kids used the pool
