Residence build in 2020 with cover carpark. Situated at 350m from the slopes and shops, west side apartment are very sunny and enjoy a nice view.
5 floor buiding with 2 lift.
65m² apartment with a private parking space, located on the second level of a recent residence about 350metres of the shopping center and chairlift of vallandry.
This upscale apartment is rented for 6/7 people. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and private showeroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 single bed and an open kitchen to the living room (with sofabed) opening n to an west large terrasse.
The showeroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, the bathroom is equiped with bath and toilet, 1 indepandant toilet.
The little extra: Sheets ans towels are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights (excluding short breaks).
Equipment : Dishwasher, family fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Television. WIFI
Rented with 1 parking space in the residence + power outlet for electric vehicle
