The host's here are very responsive and very nice people! They always answered me immediately if I had a question. The price we paid was fair given a tournament was going on and most was full. We booked this last minute and it worked out. The property itself could definately use some maintenance in my opinion. Paint coming off the walls, the floor in kitchen almost felt like it was swaying in, paint missing off the stove, a very thin blanket to sleep under and paper thin pillows, blinds broken, and zero soap or anything to hand wash dishes if you use them etc. Whoever cleaned did a very quick and not detail oriented job. We found food on the floor and counters, hair in the tub, and few other things. The bigger cabins and cottages might have been much nicer but this could have been better, but also I have seen worse. I am not trying to give this place a hard time at all and completely understand property upkeep is tough with lots of renters in and out, etc. I just feel like a few small improvements could be made. The plus side was this was very close to a great boat ramp, and the carport for our boat while kind of tight, it worked and was great to have a cover for it during our stay.
