I slept in, fell the person that I was there needs more protective rugs, or carpets on the slick prices. Thereā€™s nowhere to have no marble looking tile and then it rains and itā€™s wet and then itā€™s slippery. Very slippery.

So it was nice the beach was cool but there was mold on the curtains and literally mushrooms growing from the ceiling. They took a huge deposit yet acted like the Gestapo over a Pepsi chasing me down the hallway to sign like you know my room number. The buffet was expensive and not good The drinks were five times a normal sale price. Just donā€™t expect a American quality hotel

Lovely hotel with large beach area and 3 different pools facing the beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bar areas beside the pool are nice but not the coolest as there aren't many fans and no air conditioning. The room was very large with a nice balcony facing the sea. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bathroom was very spcaciius with good room for clothes in the wardrobes and drawers. We ate at night in one of the bars at night which served fries, pizza, burgers etc. The food and service was good here also but a bit warm. The breakfast buffet was very large and varied with a food variety of food for different nationalities. There isnt much around the hotel to see, so it is somewhere to stay on site and enjoy the facilities.

Mactan Sheraton

Last minute booking made 2 days before arrival. The resort pictures do not do the hotel justice. The hotel is spotless, the staff are a credit to the company. The food choices are varied and always very very good. We booked for 7 days but wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be returning.
