Steps away from a Metro North train station, one of the best playgrounds in Larchmont and all the shops and restaurants Larchmont has to offer.

This well-appointed home has been lovingly remodeled and boasts 4 generously sized bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large eat in chef's kitchen to host your entire family, double sided fireplace, separate work space and much more!

First Floor: Chef's kitchen, spacious dining area with seating for 16, living room and large entertainment room with double-sided fireplace, dedicated office space, and full bath with a walk-in shower.

Second Floor: Four generously-sized bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 8 guests. Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and bidet. Second bedroom contains a bunk bed configured with a full/twin. Third bedroom contains 1 queen bed. Sleep like a princess in the fourth bedroom with a castle bed! Secondary full bath with tub/shower combination and double vanity. Washer/Dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.

Exterior: Off-street parking in private driveway, spacious and private front and back yards, steps away from Metro North Railroad station and Larchmont's beloved Turtle Park. Walk to local shops and restaurants and weekly seasonal farmer's market.

Please note: Weddings and events are allowed, but must be paid for separately. Additional guests are charged at $55/night and visitors to the property (under 6 hours) cost $35 per person.
