My room was not cleaned and when I requested clean towels since the ones I had were dirty due to the cleaning lady not cleaning my room I was told I had to personally come down myself to exchange towels instead of someone come by to my room. This is after I explained my room was not cleaned. No attempt to make things right. Room was filthy.

All was fine just a few details on repairs in testroom area. The breakfast wasnt anything to brag about. No cranberry juice and orange juice was watered down. Coffee was okay

The beds are not comfortable. The frames are too big so you can hurt yourself running into them, plus the mattresses are so bad that you can feel all the structure under it.
