This renovated 2-bedroom fisherman's cottage is ideal for holidays thanks to its location on Kerguelen Beach and its proximity to the town center. It comprises a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, hob, combination oven, dishwasher) opening onto a living room with access to a small terrace. Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.

**Hotel services per additional person: double bed linen set (140cm) = €18, bath towel €5, bed made upon arrival €5 per bed, tea towel kit €4, travel cot or high chair €15. Tourist tax will be charged in addition, according to the current Cap Lorient Agglo rates.
