La Maison chez Lulu is a family house built in 1926. At that time, the family lived in the Larroque-Toirac castle (an old troglodyte site). Located on the grounds of the castle, you will admire the magnificent view both by day and by night! On the other side, a large terrace will be appreciated where the Lot valley will be revealed! Ideal situation for fishermen with its fishing post but also near a tennis court and a petanque court! In high season, refreshment and relaxation will be at the rendezvous by the private pool (open from June to September). Located halfway between the medieval town of Figeac and the village of Cajarc where tourist visits and local markets will be appreciated! The little extra, your animal friends are welcome!House on two levels. On the first floor: entrance hall, separate toilet with washing machine, living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area (sofa, armchair, television) and access to a 30 m² terrace with garden furniture enjoying a magnificent view over the Lot valley. On the first floor : 2 bedrooms (2 beds in 140), shower room with toilet. Heating on fuel. Fenced garden of 1500m² with a barbecue, sunbathing area, private swimming pool (4x8) with a gentle slope secured by a fence. Here animals are welcome!
