Will not honour their refund policy. I had two nights booked but I had to can less than 48 hours before. Their policy says they keep the first night rent but refund the rest. They didnt give me any refund. And there is nothing I can do about it.

Large, clean, newly renovated room. Friendly staff. Great location in almost the middle of the strip. Large quantity of restaurants. Only con is that the sensor-equipped mini bar means you can't put things in the fridge. If you move or even accidentally touch anything, you get charged. Same with the food items above the fridge. They will remove the charges if you tell them you didn't take anything, but still a pain to have to do that.

Found rotten fruits in the fridge at arrival and big empty shampoo. Calles 3 times to remove fruits (happened after 3 days only) and next day they refilled shampoo but shower gel was empty and not refilled. Call again......somehow calling is useless waste of time. One day room was not made up. Location overall ok, but service needs strong improvements

I stayed at Caesars Palace for one night, and the check-in process was far from ideal. The rooms weren’t ready, and the lines were long and slow-moving. Even when using the express check-in kiosks, the machines kept directing guests back to the front desk, which only made the situation more frustrating. It felt disorganized and chaotic. That said, once I finally got a room, things improved. The hotel itself is nice but very busy, and the casino games tend to be on the expensive side. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but I wouldn’t rate it a 10. More like a solid experience with room for improvement.

The hotel kept charging me for things I did not do. I had all these additional charges on my account and I had to go back and forth with them over email to sort it out. Felt like a scam really. The hotel room was good but overall not a good experience with the staff and online help.
