Awesome place for a family retreat in busy Las Vegas, once in the pool area, it was like an oasis, separate pools for adults too. BBQ's ready for grilling, filtered water and ice. Large comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Only downfall was the surrounding area, not ideal if you like walking around, was a little dirty and loud. All in all, an excellent place to relax by the pool.

Front desk was not friendly concierge was pushy about timeshare and activities they wanted to sell. Toilet in room was clogged when we got there they gave us a plunger we fixed it. They never came and picked it up. It sat in front of our room for eight days. they couldn’t figure out how to receive a delivery or hold GrubHub orders at the front desk.
