Room appears clean, but when you move things around or look under bed, there was dust everywhere. Room was not cleaned thoroughly in a while. Towels did not smell fresh. There was only one roll of toilet paper. I booked a rate that included breakfast. Since I checked in via the Hilton App, I did not stop by the front desk. At breakfast on the 1st day we were asked for “vouchers” or breakfast would be changed to the room. The staff, simply asked for our room number. We enjoyed our breakfast. Breakfast was well stocked and good. Apparently there was a voucher required for breakfast. I was not informed when booking. 2nd day, we were not asked for vouchers. On 3rd day, I had to leave my family to finish breakfast so I could take luggage to the car, the restaurant staff again asked for vouchers. My wife went to front desk, and inform them, the restaurant staff said they get charged if vouchers are not presented. There was a daily parking fee of $12 that was also not highlighted when booking hotel.

The hotel was newly renovated & a non gaming hotel. It is located 5 min to & from the airport, car rental. They provide shuttle 24/7 that runs every 30 min. Uber under $20 to the strip. The ambiance is very modern/ contemporary. We stayed on the 2nd floor which is a non smoking floor. I like that the floor is wood & no carpet which is very pet friendly. There is daily parking fee $ 10-12 still cheaper than at the strip. There is no free breakfast but for $20 pp continental breakfast is reasonable since it’s buffet style. For lunch or dinner there is a restaurant within walking distance for drinks & cheaper food than at the strip. We came on a weekend where there was a boxing fight, marathon & fireworks competition & most hotels in the strip charge 3x their usual rate plus resort fees & parking. We were extremely lucky to have found this gem thru this 3rd party. Lastly the staff are all friendly & engaging & courteous.

Booked a double queen room 10 days before our stay. Upon check in, were informed that there weren't any double queen rooms left. We were stuck with a king bed. My husband and I are both very fitful sleepers. We each had two nights of terrible sleep. Not going to use Doubletree if this ever happens again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel relaxed right away. What stood out the most, though, was the incredible staff. We had a very bad experience with the airline we were flying with, so we arrived tired and not in the best mood. Carlos at the front desk completely turned our day around. He was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Thanks to him, what started as a stressful day ended on a very positive note. We also want to mention Jose, who was working behind the bar. He was very friendly and helpful, and his great attitude added even more to our positive experience. Overall, the outstanding service from the staff made our stay truly special, and we would gladly return.

First room has nasty stains on the sheets. Second room has clean sheets but the rest of the room was dirty. They offered a refund of one night but couldn’t because I booked through a third party.
