This beautiful 3000 sq ft 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home located close to the affluent Summerlin area is perfect for all types of travelers. The great room has a pool table, full bar with wine cooler & 2 flat screen high definition televisions makes this the perfect space for entertaining.

Wonderfully landscaped yard with BBQ grille gives this home the Wow factor we are all looking for. There is also comfy sitting making it very relaxing while watching television from a large Plasma high definition TV.
