We have a SERVICE dog and we’re charged $75 plus tax for him. To top it off, the bag dispenser in the dog walk area was empty. Had trouble with the TV, at least when maintenance came, he was fantastic and kind. Was asked if we had a vehicle, and gave the information for it. The next morning there was a notice on our windshield that we were illegally parked and if we were a guest, we needed to display a tag, which we NEVER received. Incompetent desk staff.

This was simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Vegas. The room felt relatively new, even if the TV was fairly old. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and the room offered wired internet which was fast and stable. Despite active renovations in the hotel, the place was very clean, tidy, and cozy.
