Spread out in style in this freshly remodeled 3,000 sq ft 5-bedroom custom heated saltwater pool home, directly adjacent to Children’s Memorial Park, which features tennis courts, a roller rink, baseball, and basketball. The home features a projector movie room, billiards, poker, arcade games, smart TVs in every room, ceramic tile, granite, ceramic-travertine tile, American custom-made cabinetry, cotton sheets, pillows, two central HVAC systems, shutters, blackout curtains, a formal dining area, and is just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip!

WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF!

Comfort: We have 100% cotton bedding on our beds with white bedding (microfiber duvet). Do not trust vacation rentals that don't have white bedding and white towels! All mattresses are medium firm and fiberglass free. Beds feature plenty of ultra-comfy pillows. The house is completely tiled with laminate in some areas with absolutely no carpet to keep the house floor clean and cool. We have shutters AND blackout curtains on all windows to assure total darkness in rooms for the best sleep possible. Eco bee thermostats are installed in the house and the house has two separate HVAC units. Year-round optionally* heated salt-water pool: We optionally heat our pool in two different ways to get you the best pool experience possible. We heat with a solar blanket and with natural gas. The pool is fully fenced. It is on the large side and is a “3-4-5” pool, with a shallow side on each end and is 5 ft deep in the middle. We do have floaties and balls for fun by the pool.

Outside: House features a shaded covered patio with two tables and 12 chairs for outdoor seating along with a propane grill, and an outdoor wine and drink cooler. Our saltwater pool is on the large side and is a “3-4-5” pool, with a shallow side on each end and is 5 ft deep in the middle. We do have floaties and balls for fun by the pool. The pool is fully fenced. It is heated with a solar blanket and heated optionally with natural gas from our oversized 400,000 BTU heater and will provide a steamy luxurious unforgettable experience (think giant jacuzzi!). The solar blanket needs to stay on throughout your stay when pool is not in use to conserve up to 90% of energy loss. The back and front yard is fully landscaped with fountain grass, cat palms, sago palms, creeping fig, bougainvillea, and Mexican birds of paradise.

Entertainment: Enjoy our 120-inch projector screen with surround sound, outdoor propane grill (guests refill propane if empty), patio furniture, optional heated pool, foosball table, professional concrete slate 8 ft. pool table, 5 smart TV's. Smart TVs are Roku Smart with streaming enabled so you can stream from your phone to the TV. We offer NFL Sunday Ticket, Paramount Plus, Disney Plus, HBO Go, Showtime, and Netflix streaming services for your enjoyment. Simply sign in through Roku and enjoy! Internet service is provided by Verizon Wireless 5G and is 100mb/s with unlimited data and no throttling. We also have the classic X-men arcade game for any gamers.

Inside: Walk into the entryway to a towering, vaulted entry way and 16”x16” Italian ceramic tiling throughout the first floor. To your right is the projector movie room with a white leather couch. The projector is casting enabled and features Roku with surround sound. Past the family room is an extra-large fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a 3-door Whirlpool fridge with an ice maker and water purifier. The kitchen also features a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and custom American cabinetry. The kitchen also features a formal dining area with plenty of seating for larger groups and a traditional gas wood burning fireplace. Downstairs off the kitchen is a half-bath powder room with stonework installed on the walls. Through a hallway you will also find the laundry room with brand new GE smart washer and dryers with XL washing and drying capacity, and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is a standard size with a walk-in closet that has enough space to fit a small bed, and a luxurious bathing experience with a separated walk-in shower and tub, and a private toilet room. Downstairs also features a bonus multi-purpose game room that features a professional slate billiards pool table, a dart board, a wine cooler mini fridge, a poker table, and a twin over king over twin trundle bed. Upstairs features a loft with the X-men arcade game and a twin over king over twin trundle bed, and a jack and jill bedroom/bathroom. Both bedrooms feature a king bed and are on the larger side. The upstairs has vinyl plank wood flooring throughout. The jack and jill bathroom features travertine-ceramic tiles for a luxurious experience. Both bedrooms upstairs have a 55” Roku casting-enabled 4K television, and one bedroom has a unique office space to work. Lighting throughout the interior is 5000K bright white and the paint color throughout is a light “greige” Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter.

Wi-Fi: We have 100mbps Verizon internet.

Office space: Calling all teleworkers! Our home features office space in multiple rooms. We also have desk space in the living room and comfortable desk space on the kitchen.

Conservation: Our home offers some green features. We have LED bulbs in all lighting. We minimize plastic waste with our bathroom supplies. We recycle and expect guests to do the same. Our bathroom fans come on and off automatically based on humidity. We have dual pane windows on all windows and the home is well insulated.

Parking: The house has plenty of parking. Street parking is not allowed with vacation rentals per the City of Las Vegas, so we only allow you to bring 5 vehicles. 4 vehicles will comfortably fit in the driveway and on our stone pavement area, and 5 vehicles will fit if you park tightly.

Upcharges*: Pool Heat: Gas heat is needed to keep pool swimmable from Oct 1-March 30 and is $249 for the first day and $129 for each subsequent day, we keep the pool at a warm luxurious temperature of 90 degrees for this price. From April 1-Sep30 pool heat is $149 for the first day and $89 for each subsequent day, and we heat it to 93 degrees in the summer. If you've never enjoyed a heated pool before at 90+ degrees we highly encourage this upgrade as it completely transforms the swimming experience into something not just fun but also relaxing. Just let us know after booking if you want to add the gas heat.
