Great host and stay!

Ivan is an amazing host and was super responsive our whole trip. 13 of us fit pretty comfortably. The house was clean when we arrived, but the pool was slightly dirty due to high winds at the time. Ivan was an excellent host and made sure it was cleaned ASAP - it was ready for use when we woke up. The rooms are kind of confusing based off the pictures but once you arrive it all makes sense. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

the bedroom carpet you wouldn't want to walk barefootthe kitchen wasn't well stocked for cooking the coffee maker was a 4 cup the kitchen table was large enough for 4 but they advertised up to 8 peopleWe would rather have booked several hotel rooms instead of this house. Wouldn't recommend it, keep looking

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Amenities and Safety Concerns

I regret to share that my stay was far from satisfactory due to several issues with the amenities provided. First and foremost, the quality of the beds and towels was very poor, which made it difficult to get comfortable. The kitchen items were also lacking, and the electric stove was not functioning, which caused significant inconvenience during my stay. Additionally, the sink in both rooms had persistent water blockage, which was extremely frustrating .To make matters worse, I discovered a baby scorpion inside the home, which raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. Given the combination of these issues, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation for the price paid. I hope the management can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

Great Stay

Exactly as advertised. Party of 8 stayed for bachelor party, all had our own bed and enough bathrooms and showers that never really had to wait. Location was close to anything you needed. Average $22 uber ride to the strip. Would stay again.

Basketball family traveling to Vegas

Check in was easy. Ivan was very responsive to all our questions. The kids were excited over the fort nite on the Xbox. They wanted to stay inside just to play. It was very close to where we needed to be in summerlin but also a few blocks away from the strip. Were looking forward to staying again.
