O atendimento foi excelente, com uma equipe muito simpática e acolhedora. O café da manhã estava delicioso, com variedade de pães, frios, sucos e bolos. A limpeza também estava impecável, e o banheiro do quarto era bem amplo, o que fez bastante diferença no conforto da estadia. E o melhor de tudo: a vista do quarto era simplesmente deslumbrante! Com certeza, um lugar que recomendo e adoraria voltar.

O hotel fica num lugar muito privilegiado, o único hotel da Serra do Rio do Rastro. Apesar do hotel ter instalações novas: ar condicionado, TV e chuveiro bom, nosso lençol estava sujo. Uma pena tb a recepção, nada adequada ou acolhedora. A atendente era despreparada para essa função. Pela localização com vista espetacular, o hotel tinha muito mais a oferecer, deveriam aproveitar essa vantagem. Uma pena.

O que mais gostamos foi a localização estratégica perto da Serra do Rio do Rastro, que era nosso objetivo conhecer. Porém o hotel está em reforma e faltam alguns itens a serem cuidados. A escadaria de acesso aos andares superiores não consta com corrimão obrigatório. No banheiro o interruptor e tomada ficava dentro da área do box - perigosíssimo. A bacia da privada e o chuveiro ficavam dentro do mesmo box. Tomou banho, não usa a bacia...tudo molhado. Por fim, não há UM ÚNICO gancho de parede para pendurar as roupas (usadas e novas) durante o banho. São críticas construtivas, algumas delas contrariando a legislação vigente do Corpo de Bombeiros.

Lugar maravilhoso, no meio da Serra do Rio do Rastro, muito legal o atendimento e de fácil acesso, tranquilo para dormir, embora fiquei na beira da rodovia, barulho zero. Ao fazer o checkout informei a recepcionista que no quarto que fiquei 101, o colchão além de ser normal, muito ruim, as molas ja não funcionam e desconfortável, tanto eu como minha esposa ficamos doloridos, pois além do barulho que o colchão fazia ao nos virarmos, doía o corpo todo, poderiam colocar pelo menos um Queen o King, novo para dar maior conforto
