On the ground floor of a stylish residence, this apartment can sleep up to 4 guests. The open-plan living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa with a SmartTV, as well as a dining table and chairs. The new and well-equipped kitchen has a cook hob, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, toaster and fridge with freezer.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a king-sized double bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the sitting room converts into a single bed.

The apartment is in an excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the lakeside of Laveno-Mombello and close to the most popular activities can be reached in just a few minutes. The picturesque promenade offers lakeside cafés and restaurants. The village is also a great base for exploring Lake Maggiore and the city of Varese, as the port of Laveno is connected to all the main Lake Maggiore destinations. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the ferry landing stage that takes you to Intra, on the Piedmont side of the lake. From Intra, you can reach the Borromeo Islands.
Adventure lovers can instead board a panoramic cable car, the \"Funivia del Lago Maggioreto” to the summit of Sasso del Ferro, a breathtaking panoramic point overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains.
For self-catering Laveno-Mombello’s weekly market (Tuesday morning) is just 1 minute away. Here you can find the best, freshest local ingredients. Otherwise, there are many supermarkets and smaller shops within walking distance.
