Villa Mexico - With Pool and Whirlpool

Villa Mexico is located in Lazise in a very quiet, private and panoramic area but close to the center, services and beaches.
The villa, modern and recently built, furnished with care and passion for details is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a holiday in total relaxation and privacy.
Surrounded by a large garden where we find the swimming pool, the hydromassage and ample spaces for relaxation, the villa has a large patio where you can have lunch outdoors but sheltered from the sun or bad weather.
In the basement there is the garage and a large room with a fireplace, used as a tavern and equipped with a small kitchen, a large dining table and sofas.
On this floor there is also a small gym, sauna, laundry room and a double bedroom with a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The ground floor is entirely dedicated to the living room and kitchen but there is also a bathroom with sink and toilet.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No drinks, food or consumables (soap, shampoo, etc.) are provided.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
A €500 deposit is required to be paid upon arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.

Excellent villa

Beautiful villa in a great location. Unfortunately the air con wasn’t working when we arrived but the host worked really hard to sort it and it was up and running within 48hours. The villa is beautiful, with an amazing saltwater pool - so much nicer than chemicals! The Wi-Fi isn’t great on the lower floor but excellent elsewhere and it was a good chance to have a break and enjoy beautiful Italy! The town is a gentle 10 minute walk with plenty of shops and delicious restaurants.

Schönes Haus, kleine Infomappe mit schriftlichen Informationen (Einkaufen, Müll,...) Ersatz Ansprechpartner bei technischen Problemen wären hilfreich. Ebenfalls sollte in der Anzeige erwähnt werden, dass der Whirlpool nicht beheizt ist.

insgesamt schönes Ferienhaus !

Für Ruhe suchende ist die Lage des Hauses ideal! Kein Verkehr und trotzdem in 10 Fußminuten im Zentrum der Stadt. Im Haus selbst gibt es alles für einen schönen Urlaub - Schwimmbad, Sauna, schöne Terrasse und vieles mehr... Ein komfortables Haus für den gelungenen Urlaub!
