- a garden furnished with two Chileans and its coffee table with solar bedside for relaxation on a synthetic turf area;
- a terrace with a dining area under an outdoor parasol;
- a shared swimming pool.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, TV, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Fridge with a freezer section, Barbecue, Bluetooth speaker, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
A lockable garden shed is available for guests to securely store their bicycles or other personal items, and a hammock is provided for relaxing moments.
Since this summer, three water slides have reopened, and the “Guinguette” has been replaced by “Villa Arsène,” offering lakeside and Corbières views, with massages, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, a swimming pool, and festive evenings with a DJ.
During your stay, you will also have at your disposal a gym, a hammam, a sauna, a ping-pong table and a petanque court.

It was then that a fishing village settled there and a few decades later, Le Barcarès has a major fishing port and even shipyards where the famous Catalan boat is built. In the 60s, real estate developers took over the coast and made Barcarès a famous seaside resort with the symbol of the Lydia, stranded on its beaches. This liner, now converted into a museum, disco and restaurant, is the fourth oldest existing liner in the world. The neighborhoods all have a special character and you will like to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of each. From the old village to the Grande Plage, from the Lido to the Port, the atmospheres change and give a unique character to Barcarès.
