Functional flat with a kitchen opening onto the living area, a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a storage cupboard, and a mezzanine sleeping 2 people with 2 80cm beds. They can be combined to form a 160cm bed using a mattress topper.
The access ladder weighs no more than 90kg.

A terrace allows you to enjoy your meals outside or simply sunbathe while taking in the superb view of the marina and the Etang de Salses-Leucate.

This flat comes with a numbered parking space in a large car park at the rear of the residence.

This flat is located in the Palmyra residence and has an exceptional view over the port of the Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees and the marine lake.

As part of your rental package, you will have access to :
- an aquatic area with 2 pools and a water games area for children and adults.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival. Please note that swimming shorts are not permitted.
- various sports facilities: multi-sports pitch, basketball court, tennis courts, petanque area, etc.
- an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or working out.

The Place de la Martinique is just a few minutes' walk away. In season, you'll find a bakery/grocery, a tobacconist/newsagent, a launderette, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and a carrefour express.
Markets, concerts and shows also enliven the square in season, to the delight of young and old alike.
Near the beach of the marine lake and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you all year round. On the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees.

On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play safely with their friends, as here pedestrians are king and cars are restricted to the outside.

At Coudalère, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will love the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older ones and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones.

Beautiful, long beaches await you 2km away, accessible via a wooded path.
