Sergetta, a house with a big pool and huge garden

In the heart of the Périgord Noir and close to unmissable tourist sites such as Sarlat, Lascaux, Les Eyzies, Le Bugue, we welcome you to this lovely property situated in a huge private garden. Close to restaurants and French bakeries and with an excellent service on arrival by the very charming French couple Serge and his wife. You will be seduced by the calm, the conviviality and the peace of this little heaven in France… starting season 2025 the pool will be heated!
The new swimming pool is open from April to October and the playground will delight everyone, especially the children and young adults. But also the grown-ups will thoroughly enjoy the outside kitchen, the space around and in the house. Young adults: you can chill in the “cave” under the house with your own private music and/or movie to watch!
If nature is generous, you can enjoy fresh vegetables from the garden, the orchard and fresh eggs from the chicken!
Inside
Although the inside is a bit old-fashioned, the house is super clean and well cared for and the owners really want to give our clients the service they diserve. At the moment the kitchen is kind of “vintage”, there are two living rooms, one next to the kitchen and the other one downstairs : “the cave”. The beds are small but of good quality (3 x double bed, 1 bunk bed and one sofa bed in the cave). There is a bathroom on the ground floor and there is a shower room in the garage.
Outside
Huge very well for cared garden with private drive-way and very nice outside kitchen right beside the pool area (with stove/barbecue and everything you need). Sergetta is situated in La Terrasse, a little lieu-dit only 1 km from Le Bugue, a very charming village in the Dordogne. In the garden an outside billiard and ping-pong table and for the young ones a small play-ground.
Surroundings
Le Bugue is only 1.5 km, or a few minutes away, and this is again very close from the beautiful "capital" of the prehistoric site Les Eyzies de Tayac. Away from all the hustle and yet close to all the shops and attractions of the Dordogne.
Attention : outside July and August the price is based on max 6 ps. if you are more you pay 75,- euros pp extra per week.

As a guest of Sergetta, a house with a big pool and huge garden, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
