Le Logis de Luchet welcomes you to the heart of the Charente countryside in a spacious, fully renovated 200 m² family home, ideal for family stays, get-togethers with friends, or private events.
The house is comfortable and can accommodate large groups. It features 4 bedrooms: one ground-floor room with a 140 cm bed, two upstairs bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, and a large dormitory with five 90 cm beds and one 140 cm bed. Bed linen and towels are included. Two bathrooms are available.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas stove, and electric oven.
Outside, enjoy a courtyard with terrace, a fenced and tree-lined garden, a barbecue, and a large park behind the house (accessible for events).
For your comfort, baby and children’s equipment is available on request. Pets are allowed.
Please leave the house clean at the end of your stay.
Great location: 500 m from the village, 150 m from the pétanque area and playground, 12 km from the beaches, 5 km from the medical center, 5.7 km from the supermarket, 5 km from shops (Saujon and Semussac), and 18 km from La Palmyre Zoo.
We also welcome you for weddings, christenings, birthdays, and other family events. Decoration rental (mainly rustic theme) and a bar made from wine barrels and an oak plank are available for an extra fee.
Important: Please respect the peace and quiet. The owners live on site. Large parties are strictly forbidden.
