Situated between Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez, the Pramousquier beach, known as ‘la mystérieuse’ in the commune of Le Lavandou, is one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches in the region. It is seldom visited as it is not very visible, guaranteeing authentic, wild and unspoilt flora and fauna in a verdant setting.
The beach is fully equipped (showers, mattress hire, pedalos, restaurants, WCs, etc.) so you can make the most of your holiday.

The flat is located in the ‘Pierre et Vacances’ waterfront residence, a very pleasant 3-room apartment of around 40 m² + 7 m² terrace with sea view, 50 metres from Pramousquier beach, with a private parking space.

Comprising: entrance hallway, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with WC, living room with dining area, sitting area, fitted kitchen area, sea-view terrace. Upstairs, a bedroom and bathroom with WC.

All the comforts for your holiday: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, 2 hotplates, oven, Senseo coffee machine, TV.

Residence with direct access to the beach, set in a 1.5 hectare park with exotic, unspoilt vegetation, right on the water in Pramousquier, in the commune of Le Lavandou.

L'anse de Pramousquier also has a volleyball court, petanque area and table tennis.
