Located in the secure ‘Le Val des Chênes’ residence, around 300 metres from Pramousquier beach, this lovely 40 m² one-bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished and air-conditioned.

Two private parking spots next to the flat entrance.
Large terrace of around 25 m² with panoramic views of the vegetation and the sea.

Located between Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez, Pramousquier beach, known as ‘la mystérieuse’ in the commune of Le Lavandou, is one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches in the region. It is seldom visited as it is not very visible, guaranteeing authentic, wild and preserved flora and fauna in a green setting.

The beach is fully equipped (showers, mattress hire, pedalos, restaurants, WC, etc.) so you can make the most of it.
