The house is rated as offering very good comfort, is single-story, and is detached, located on the heights of the hamlet, near the owners' residence. Guests have access to a shared vegetable garden and a terrace with a private view from their bedroom or outside. The property is enclosed and secure.

Large living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, panoramic views of the hamlet, the valley, and the church – lounge and rooms with oriental décor (high-quality 160cm leather sofa bed, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, etc.) – bedroom with a cozy Scheherazade view (1 high-quality 160cm bed) opening onto the terrace and vegetable garden – mezzanine (2 single 90cm beds suitable for children) – please note that there is not enough headroom on the mezzanine – all bedding is of good quality, bathroom (walk-in hydromassage shower and Canadian infrared sauna for 3 people) – separate toilet.

Rates/day/week are based on 1 person (secure payment via Gîtes de France) or book directly on the website. Other rates are available and can be adjusted based on the number of people, children, length of stay, and monthly rentals (please contact us; we guarantee a response within 24 hours). A security deposit of €500 is required by check (not cashed) or via GDF (French gas company) within 48 hours.

Solar heating and infrared stone radiators, heat pump with air conditioning, or wood-burning stove.

Energy: Electricity: 8 kWh/day included; beyond this, a supplement will be charged according to consumption (€0.39/kWh consumed beyond the allowance).
Water: 100L/day/1 person included; beyond this, a supplement of €7.15/m³ will be charged. Meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure.
Wood-burning stove: First basket of firewood free, subsequent baskets €5 each.
Mid-stay cleaning: €49, end-of-stay cleaning: €59.
