Welcome to your Provençal escape! This stunning 230 m² neo-contemporary villa sits high in the hills of Le Tholonet, just 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. With breathtaking views over the valley, the Cengle range, Sainte-Baume, and the iconic Sainte-Victoire Mountain, it’s the perfect spot to relax, celebrate, or work remotely.

Surrounded by nature, hiking trails start right at the door, while the private 12 x 4 m saltwater pool and landscaped gardens invite you to unwind under the Provençal sun.

The villa offers two levels, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational stays.

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite: King-size bed (160 X 200 cm), 25 cm thick premium mattress, walk-in closet, desk, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower, and direct terrace access.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 (15 m²): Queen-size bed with wardrobe, dresser, and vanity/desk.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom 3 (16 m²): 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).

NOTE: The 2 Twin beds in Bedroom 3 can be combined & converted into one single queen-size bed (upon request).

Un we entre amies pour un evjf

Nous avons passé un super week end dans la maison.Nous étions 10 amies qui nous retrouvions pour l enterrement de vie de jeune fille d’une d’entre elles. La maison est idéale pour séjourner confortablement à 10 pour cuisiner préparer des activités de plein air et profiter du cadre.Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Beautiful villa with a picturesque view

Beautiful two-story villa with two large - and one children's bedroom on the upper level and a studio with its own kitchen and bathroom on the lower level. Secluded location just outside Aix-en-Provence on a south-facing hillside providing sunshine on the terrace and pool throughout the whole day. A high degree of privacy as the nearest neighbours are 50-100m away. The house is easily accessible by car and has a wide driveway. Very neatly maintained, nicely furnished and decorated and includes all the necessary amenities. The spatious infinity pool provides the perfect refreshment throughout the whole day. We'll particularly remember the breathtaking view over a pine forest with a mountain skyline in the distance, which can be admired from almost every room, the terrace and the pool. Despite the hot weather during our stay (+35°C), the entire house was constantly pleasantly cooled by several air conditioning units. The charming town of Aix-en-Provence is 15min. away by car. Within walking distance there are several restaurants and vineyards where tours and tastings are organized by appointment. The proprietor, Natalia, was very helpful and approachable prior the trip and was more than happy to provide additional information. The housekeeper, Elsa, was very friendly from check-in to check-out and always made the utmost effort to communicate in English, as our French isn't top-notch. We had a wonderful vacation in this house; definitely recommended.

Villa with Fantastic views and superb Pool

Lovely villa with two double bedrooms and a third child's room in the hills outside Aix en Provence, in a secluded location with amazing views over the pine forests and a fabulous swimming pool (really good size and salt based rather than chlorine). It is close to Aix (about 15 mins) and also has some very good restaurants close by (by car) if you don't wish to venture in to town. Natalia the owner, was in contact before the visit which is helpful and provided help and tips, plus good information on how to reach the villa. This is the first time we have rented somewhere that was not a pure holiday rental, but rather this was the house of the owners, so it was a little usual for us, but a benefit was the house is well appointed and decorated to much higher standard with many interesting features not usual found in a more commercial rental property. We were checked in by a property manager, who showed us everything in the Villa, while she didn't speak English she did a really good job and using Google translate was able to explain everything. It was very hot while we were there, and there is not any air conditioning in the main house. The description mentioned on the floor air conditioning where as this is in the studio apartment downstairs (which we didn't have access to). However floor fans were provided, and with the shutters closed during the day the house remained cool despite +35c outside so this was not a problem. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay in a lovely property in a great location, and spent a great deal of time cooling off in the pool.
